“سبحان الله وبحمده، سبحان الله العظيم” Meaning, Value, and Benefits

“سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ، سبحان اللہ العظیم” کا مطلب ہے:
“اللہ پاک ہے اور اس کی حمد کے ساتھ، اللہ پاک ہے جو عظمت والا ہے۔”

“Glory is to Allah and with His praise, Glory is to Allah, the Almighty.”

This phrase praises Allah’s perfection, greatness, and glory, expressing humility and gratitude.

قرآن کریم میں اللہ تعالیٰ کی تسبیح اور حمد کی بڑی فضیلت بیان کی گئی ہے:

1. سورہ التغابن (64:1)
   “جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے، وہ اللہ کی تسبیح کرتا ہے۔ اسی کی بادشاہی ہے، اور اسی کے لیے ساری تعریف ہے، اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔”
2. سورہ الحشر (59:24)
   “وہی اللہ ہے جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ بادشاہ، نہایت پاک، سراپا سلامتی، امن دینے والا، نگہبان، زبردست، بڑائی والا ہے۔ اللہ ان تمام چیزوں سے پاک ہے جو وہ اس کے ساتھ شریک کرتے ہیں۔”

The Quran emphasizes the importance of glorifying Allah:

1. Surah At-Taghabun (64:1)
   “Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allah. To Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He is over all things competent.”
2. Surah Al-Hashr (59:24)
   “He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him.”

1. گناہوں کی معافی:
   نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا:
   “جو شخص صبح و شام 100 مرتبہ ’سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ، سبحان اللہ العظیم‘ کہے، اس کے گناہ معاف کر دیے جاتے ہیں، چاہے وہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔”
   (صحیح مسلم، 2691)

2. میزان میں بھاری الفاظ:
   رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
   “دو کلمات ایسے ہیں جو زبان پر ہلکے، میزان میں بھاری، اور رحمن کو محبوب ہیں: ‘سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ، سبحان اللہ العظیم’۔”
   (صحیح بخاری و مسلم)

1. Forgiveness of Sins:
   The Prophet ﷺ said:
   “Whoever says: ‘Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi, Subhan Allahil Azeem’ a hundred times in the morning and evening, his sins will be forgiven even if they are as much as the foam of the sea.”
   (Sahih Muslim, 2691)
2. Heavy on the Scale:
   The Prophet ﷺ said:
   “Two words are light on the tongue, heavy in the scale, and beloved to the Most Merciful: ‘Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi, Subhan Allahil Azeem.’”
